RV PARK RULES:
* All items stored in the lot must be registered with the HOA, to include member/resident name, house number, current contact information and a description of your item.
* All items will be assigned a single numbered space. One space per member/resident unless prior arrangements have been made with the HOA and there is sufficient room.
* Periodic email/mail notices will be sent out, please make sure you read them!
* All items must be functional (or at least appear functional), no junk, derelicts or wrecked vehicles.
* Failure to adhere to the RV lot rules may result in the removal of your item.
* Any items found in the lot which are not registered and for which the HOA cannot find an owner may be removed and disposed of after a period of time.
* Periodic inventories will be conducted in the lot to account for any unidentified vehicles.
* Please scramble the lock code after every use. The lock code may be changed from time to time to ensure security, please do not give the code out to anyone!
