Rec. Hall Reservations for Parties or
Gatherings and Usage Guidelines

The Rec Hall is available to be reserved for events by homeowners and residents of homes in Valley West.  Please note that the Pool itself cannot be reserved and must be kept available for all members and residents.  

1. • Feel free to use tables and chairs or to bring your own furniture.
   • Decorate the facility however you like!
   • Please dispose of any trash, preferably taking it with you to put in your own trash collection to save space in the pool/rec hall garbage.
   • Clean up after yourself!  Leave it as you found it.
   • If your guests use the restrooms, please check them before you leave to make sure there are no messes for later users.

If we work together respectively, we can keep our rec. hall a nice place for group activities. Thanks for doing your part!

If you would like to reserve our recreation hall for your party, group meeting, please use the calendar inside the Rec Hall and note date, time of your event and your name and house number.
